Product Introduction
2083 is a martensitic stainless steel with high hardenability (good wear resistance) and excellent resistance to cold atmospheric corrosion and hot oxidation ( 660ºC). It also has good resistance to chemical products.

Medium-carbon high-Chromium martensite stainless steel mould steel
Good mechanical properties, high hardenability, low distortion during heat treatment
Hardness can be obtained up to 48-52HRC with proper heat treatment in order to obtain better polishability, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

General Applications
