6. Delivery status
Delivery Status: Steel is delivered in an annealed condition.
Forging: oil quenching die steel has some crack sensitivity, forging heating should not be quickly heated, it is best to preheat 650-750 degrees, forging heating temperature of 1130-1150 degrees, the final forging temperature should be greater than 800-850 Degrees, the maximum ingot forging temperature.
