1.2344 SKD61 H13 Tool Steel Die - Casting Forged Thermal Cracking Resistance
H13 hot work tool steel for the manufacture of large impact load forging die, hot extrusion die, precision forging die; aluminum, copper and alloy die-casting mold.
H13 is a hot work tool steel, the implementation of standards GB / T1299-2000; Grade 4Cr5MoSiV1; alloy tool steel referred to as synthetic steel, carbon steel is based on the addition of alloying elements and the formation of steel. H13 Hot Work Tool Steel Usage
H13 is the introduction of the United States H13 empty hardening hardened hot for die steel. Its performance, use and 4Cr5MoSiV steel is basically the same, but because of its higher vanadium content, so the temperature (600 degrees) is better than 4Cr5MoSiV steel, hot work die steel is widely used in a representative steel.
1) Full hardness (52-54Hrc) plastiy moulds with igh polishing and long lifetime requirements, (such as bakelite plastic mould).
2) Lead Zn and Al alloy die casting moulds (such as engine radiater, lights ang other decoration products).
3) Aluminum extruded moulds (such as Aluminum window frame, computer radiator).
4) Hot forging moulds (such as auto connecting rod, crank, stainless dinner knife).
5) Cu alloy extruded, die casting moulds.
