Hot Rolled 1.2738 / P20+Ni Pre-hardened Platic Mold Steel Flat Bar
1.2738 / P20+Ni is a large long-life plastic injection mold steel.
1.2738 is based on P20 steel, but added 1% Ni. Compared with P20, its strength, hardness and plasticity are improved. Can also improve the anti-oxidation properties.
Usges:
1. Household appliances, computer cases and other molds;
2. High surface finish of the plastic mold; blow mold;
3. Due to high hardness, plastic mold can be used in the ider;
4. Forming tools, compression - brake mold Bay board machine), (depending on the production needs can be applied flame hardening or nitriding);
